Great Product

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This air conditioner is exactly as it was described. It fit perfect and is very quiet compared to a different brand I previously owned. The app on my phone is a HUGE bonus for me since it is in my bedroom which is on the 2nd floor and gets lots of sunshine during the day. I either turn it on from downstairs a half hour before bedtime and if I'm not going to be home in the evening I schedule a start time. I highly recommend this air condition...

Really Noisy

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Unit was great at first but after a few weeks it has started sounding really loud on all the fan speed settings except low, sounds like the fan has bits of paper flying around hitting the fan blades, very annoying!

AC good , App no so good...

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I purchased approx 3 months ago and the ac actually is really nice, the app on the other hand is glitchy.... if you are using the remote inside of a room you should have no issues but if you wanted to kick it up a notch and be techy the app is very glitchy, sometimes the app, it just shuts down on its own....

Great ac

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Window ac is doing its job perfectly had a little trouble with the network setup, but finaly got it working, although shipping was a disaster because deliverer almost brought it in little pieces, I manage to put it back together. I am happy with the ac functionality but in the future I think I will be buying my appliances at the store.

Great So Far!

My only complaint is it only goes as low as 60 but I wish it could go lower, and getting it set up inside the window was a little difficult and what it came with to seal wasn’t the best I still had tp using my own sealing products inside and outside.
