Nice fridge
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Stylish stainless steel fridge. Lots of room inside for counter depth side by side. Easy to use temperature controls. Ice cream stays at just the right firmness. Lots of freezer volume but of course wide stuff win’t fit in a side by side.

Would not pick up old fridge
Like the new refrigerator, but Lowe's continually screwed up my attempts to have them schedule picking up my old refrigerator. No excuses, but they kept screwing it up.

Poor design and bad filter
The water filter stopped working within a month of purchase and extremely poor design. The vegetable crisper hits the side of the fridge every time I slide it open. Not enough room between the drawer and the door of the fridge

More shelves on the fridge side door would be nice.

Butter compartment needs an easier way to open the door. I wish the water from the fridge could have been chilled. Otherwise we think it's a great refrigerator.

The first thing I noticed was that there was a 4 to 5 mm difference between the height of the freezer door and the fridge door (see photo).
