Propane converter kit not in box

I love this gas range and purchased it. Delivery was great from Lowe’s, but it did not have the converter kit that I was told by associate was included. I don’t know if delivery threw it away while unboxing . We’ve been to Lowe’s twice they ordered a part that was not the right part for conversion. We are very frustrated because Lowes doesn’t seem to know what they’re doing or how to order the right part. now we’re waiting to contact Frigidaire. This is really ridiculous. Poor service. Great Buy

So glad about this purchase. We've only had it for a few weeks now and its helped A TON with holiday parties and dinner parties. The multi-use oven helped us make an ENTIRE Christmas meal for 10 ppl in 4 hours 🥳!!!

Awesome power burners!!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The power burners heat so fast I got water to boil in 6 minutes at high elevation! The oven also heats quickly and holds the heat in extremely well. It doesn’t let off/leak excess heat into your kitchen during use.

Love the stove, horrific design flaw

Does not fit

It should not read as a "slide in" There is a piece on the back that sticks up about 3 inches. Can not slide in with back splash.

Professional look and works great

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This range has upgraded the look of my kitchen and it works great. I love the super burner in the front right that quickly boils water and also has a super low simmer. My only minor complaint is having to push + and - buttons to set the timer.

Powerful appliance

NOT HAPPY

I love the look of this range however we've only had it about 18 months and keep getting Code 50 error which is the main board.. The time before that we got Code 5 error We've had service out here 3 times replacing it to no avail.. This has been going on for a year now.. Thank goodness we bought the extended warranty I do believe we got a LEMON
