[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Easy installation and cools great. The only downside I find is the noise level. There is very little difference in the level of sound between low medium and high. I find it quite loud if I’m in the same room!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I gave it four stars because of the price. I know, I know, "but inflation!". Doesn't matter. It shouldn't cost this much. It works well though. I didn't realize it needed to be drained if you use the cooling mode. Had I realized before purchasing, I would not have bought it. I use it on dry mode for now as to avoid draining it and it has worked in 89 degree weather just fine. It's not perfect but it is better than the DIY styrofoam cooler idea....

Broke 2 weeks after warranty expired, Frigidaire refuses to stand by product

Bought my portable AC unit last May, cared for it and stored it for winter per user manual. Plugged it in this week and it won't work. Conveniently 2 weeks after the warranty expired and Frigidaire CustomerSupport refuses to help. Stand by your product?

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I chose Frigidaire based on the positive Consumer Reports rating. We operate the AC in Fan mode and Cool mode. Fan mode works as expected. On Cool mode the AC cycles on and off as the room reaches the set temp. When the AC cycles off the fan continues to run and there isn’t much dif in the noise level. It has a small enough footprint to take up very little of this already small room. The thermostat feature keeps the temp consistent. Damaged product

The Delivery through FedEx. We followed the product, online, from PA to Orlando and then it said it was on the way to our town. Then, suddenly, it said there was a delay and it showed back in PA. We wondered if the truck was robbed or wrecked. Well, the next day it was out for delivery. Go figure? When the truck arrived, as I usually do, I went out to take it from the driver. Small footprint, effective cooling

There were some difficulties installing the hose outlet into the window -- the included plastic pieces didn't match up to my window and I needed a bit of cardboard and duct tape to achieve a proper fit.
