Worst Air conditioner I ever purchased. Don’t buy it unless you want to waste your money. I thought I was getting a good quality AC because of the brand. I was so wrong.

Pretty Great.
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is my 2nd Frigidaire air conditioner, I have the (lower BTU) 8-year precursor to this model. Am pretty happy with it; igood design, aesthetically-pleasing, quiet enough. My only disappointment: the remote is ugly, bulky; it looks like a design from the 1970s, and there's no way to turn off the beep response (not fun for late nights). But overal,l all is well.

Great solid unit except for a slight rattling sound.
Have had excellent experience with Frigidaire AC units in the past and I could tell this one had the same expected quality right out of the box. This is a solid well working unit. However, I have noticed an internal rattling sound while running, Hoping it doesn't get worse or cause problems down the line. Overall it's much quieter than my previous Frigidaire unit, but that rattle is concerning. At least it's under warranty I suppose, but I'd really hate to have to go through uninstalling and ret...

COOLS WITHOUT ALL THE NEGATIVE FEATURES OF OTHE MODELS
