Cools room quickly!

I’m pleased with the performance of this one so far. It cools my 250 sq ft attic room on hot, humid days with ease and removes the humidity. Simply put, it was a "sweatbox" in there last summer. Fans and more fans to keep them somewhat cool. Had to deal with trying to fix the old AC unit, but it was $$$ to replace it. Fancy Remote is garbage
