First delivery showed up in pieces. 2 weeks later another showed up. delivery drivers didn't hook up even though I had the hook ups purchased from them. That one also didn't work- it was giving multiple error codes. 2 weeks later- the 3rd one showed up. They did hook it up for me but I wouldn't be able to use the cold water since it was pouring into the machine while turned off. This product is junk. 3 different deliveries with 3 different issues. My only issue is that I cannot load the washer, fill with water and detergent and let it sit soaking for an hour or so. The indicator says there is a "soak" cycle but I have yet to figure out how to use it. If anyone has a suggestion I would like to hear it..

It does the job.
Would RecommendIt cleans the clothes, but I hate the locking lid, and the amount of time it takes to finish a load of laundry. It takes almost an hour and a half to wash a full load on the "normal" cycle.
So far, great.

It is a bit loud. Also the bottom shelf just above the drawer in the fridge side cannot be lowered which is unfortunate, but otherwise there is good flexibility with arranging shelving.
