[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] So far we like this microwave! It's easy to use and heats food efficiently. We especially like the buttons for adding 10 seconds or 30 seconds. The clock automatically turns off after a while, though, which is a nuisance since it's the only clock in our kitchen. Additionally, I wish that fingerprints and smudges didn't show so easily on the front.

The clock does not stay on, even if you hold the button for 3 seconds, like the instructions say. The light , both inside and the bottom are very dim. These are the only complaints I have so far.

The replacement microwave has a cleaner look. There is no handle on the door - instead there is a notch that you use to open the microwave. This is better because there is no handle to break off. You have to learn the correct way to close door in order to make microwave work. If door if not closed correctly the microwave will not work. The microwave will beep when you press start and fan runsnsbut microwave doesn’t work. Once you figure out trick to close door it works fine.
