Delivery is awful

we ordered two dishwashers and two inlet kits. White and Black for Christmas for our children's homes. got the white on 30 days later, no inlet kit. today 12/31 9:30 to 1:30, should be thw black one and two inlet kits. Sat here waiting. 1:15 checked the app, 1/2 is the next anticipated delivery date, my card has been tentatively charged atleast 4 times. unbelievably poor service. its no wonder these stores are in trouble.

Failure at first attempt

Installed our new Frigidaire dishwasher as a replacement to our previous Frigidaire DW. After the first wash we found our dishwasher full of water at the base. This was a total disappointment. As I inspected the install, I noticed "zero" water made it through the clear hose and into the previously used garbage disposal. New DW is on the way. Now I'll have to pay for the install due to my work schedule.

Racks Rusted

It cleans well but both the upper and lower racks have rust. The coating on the tines wore of on nearly every tip and from there rust was everywhere. Tried putting covers over tines but they didn't last. Also purchased different coatings made for this sort of things...messy and didn't help.

My new Frigidaire dishwasher

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The machine works well and does a fine job on my dishes and glassware. But it LEAKS! Even when I open the door well after a cycle is completed, when I close the door there is a small plume of leakage on the floor. And there is now a leak under the sink--apparently something was not properly tightened when the machine was installed.

Gets the Job done....

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Overall this dishwasher gets the job done with no frills or extras. My only concern is the feel of the front door which feels like I could create a dent when wiping it down. It really is a thin piece of aluminum with little support, so when you wipe it down don't press to hard. For my next unit I probably won't be shopping online for appliances...how they look and feel in person does matter to me, and I was reminded of that after the appliance...

Customer service is horrible

The product is nice but dealing with the in store staff is horrible. I was told one thing in store and another from the company that installed it. Took over 3 weeks to get delivered and installed.

Be careful of their install teams...

I tried to purchase this dishwasher last week. They told me I can have it installed 12/23. I said great. The installer shows up and I show him to the kitchen. I sit down in the other room and he tells me he can't do it because he had to cut my hardwood floors to get the old one out. I said, what?? He showed me where there were brackets it was resting on. I said, can't I cut the metal brackets? He said he can't cut anything. I said, I will do it. Will take 5 minutes. He said, sorry can't ...
