It has drawn down humidity from 65% to 35% in less than a week and keeps it at 35% easily by running a garden hose from unit to sump pump. Has made such a difference Thank you for a wonderful product

Another Frigidaire Dehumidifier

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] It's only been a few months but so far, so good. I've had 4 of these over the past 8 years. It seems that 2 years is about all I get out of these dehumidifiers before the coils start to freeze up. I doubt quality is going up so my expectations are low for this latest purchase. Last chance Frigidaire, please raise my expectations and your quality standards.

Worse unit and Company. Buyer Beware

Our unit would completely ice over and ice would be sticking out the back after only 2 montths. Tried moving the unit, etc. Call Frigidaire, told they would send a new one...Never sent, called back, said they would send a tech...never showed. called and they said they have no record. called at least 10 times. Still NOTHING.

Terrible Product

This dehumidifier lasted 2 years a 2months for me. I bought this July 1 2023 and it stopped working properly. It freezes up and just keeps running. I called your service number and was told basically oh well call a repair service. The charge would be more than the cost. This should last longer than this. It doesn't run in 2 heating seasons. All of Frigidaire is off my list when shopping for new appliances.

Garbage. Don't buy this. We had one previously for almost a decade. This froze over and broke within 8 months. Their customer service is rude. For $300 I would expect at least 3-5 years.

Insanely impressive

50 Pint Dehumidifier

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We love this brand for our dehumidifier. It is the only brand that lasted more tha 1 year. We had our last one for about 8 years and are praying this one lasts at least that long also. The only thing we liked better about the previous Frigidaire Dehumidifier is that there was a little slot on the bottom of the bucket to help get it out to empty it. It also helped to carry the bucket out to dump. So far it has been working great.

Good but will it last?

This 50-pint unit does an excellent job pulling moisture out of my basement, bringing the humidity down from a muggy 70% to a comfortable 45-50% range. WARRANTY IS NO GOOD!!!!!

Frigidaire does not honor their warranty. All they did was give me the run-around. I filed a warrant request form that they sent me. I sent it in with all the required attachments. I followed up a week later and they said it was the wrong form and sent another one. I completed it and I am still waiting 8 days later. I have either talked with them or been on hold for over 4 hours. I also have a lot of time completing the forms.

Best Dehumidifier on the Market!

Dehumidifier designed for ease and long life

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We had a frigidaire dehumidifier for several years. We then moved and took it with us but needed another for our very large basement. Tried another brand. Removing the condensation tank was hard! Many spills! A second frigidaire was the answer. Easy to remove the tank and works like a champ! Highly recommended!

Quiet &efficient. Who needs more?
