I want to like it, and I've read the manual (what little manual that I have) but, it's just poorly designed for loading everyday dishes, plates, bowls, pots, cups etc. The 3rd rack for more silverware is silly, unless you have a family of 20, but I do use this for big utensils. Quality for Decades
