Didn't even get a month out of it.

Terrible product. Less than a month after installing this loud rattling noise started coming from inside the unit, probably the magnetron. A week later it stopped working altogether, powers on for three seconds and shuts off. Contacted Lowes, they wanted nothing to do with it, referred me to Frigidaire. I wanted a replacement or repair, I was told warranty replacement was not available for this product (Gee, I wonder why). They sent me a refund via electronic gift card for the purchase price...

Faster heating

My opinion of Frigidaire

Basing my recent purchase on this service level there was NO question I would order another Frigidaire. Great start

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The microwave runs shockingly quiet (almost not sure it's on) yet cooks food as well as the one it replaced. Even the fan is half as loud and just as powerful as the old one and the over-range light is far and away brighter than the old one. We've only had it for a few weeks, but we're pleased. If we get the 13 years we got out of our Kenmore, we'll be thoroughly impressed.

Microwave door flimsy

We have a Fridgedaire over the range microwave and the door is really flimsy. The top part around the handle is cracking off. Who knows how long it will last! We have only been in our newly built home 2 years and there are only two of us at 71 and 56 years. I have never had anything like this happen with any microwave I have owned before!
