[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Love the options on the face plate on the most usable microwave items i.e. popcorn defrost veggies etc. A great add to our kitchen.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The oven itself works quite well and is easy to use. However, I am 5'1" and since the door opens down, I can not reach the back of the microwave, That means if the food stops in the back, I have trouble getting it out and I cannot clean the back.
