My only complaint is that the rotating table becomes unseated very easily and so I have to make sure it’s properly seated before turning the microwave on. In every other respect, however, the unit is superior to every other one we’ve had or looked at.

If you are accustomed to a side-opening microwave, please note that most microwaves of this size open from the top down which could cause an access problem if the machine is installed above, say, a dual oven.

Microwave oven

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] So far, the Frigidaire microwave oven has been working really well. It heats food quickly and evenly, and the controls are simple and intuitive. The build quality feels solid, and the unit runs fairly quietly compared to others I’ve owned. Overall, I’m happy with the performance so far. If it continues to hold up long-term, it’ll definitely feel like a great value for the price.

Great purchase

Easy to use and looks great

Replaced a Bosch that was only 5 years old and stopped working

Drop down door microwave

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We recently visited our daughter in another state and she was doing the final finishing touches on her kitchen. As part of the remodel she added a Frigidaire drop down door microwave and my wife liked it so much, we purchased one as well. Upon arrival, I installed it and she absolutely loves its for its functions, good looks and how well it fits in the space. As it is said, a happy wife is a happy life.

Absolutely waste of money

never recommend buy from Lowes and stop working after two month call Lowes they refer me to manufacture I call Frigidaire they send technician after one week and told me some part need to replace and they will fix in five days but after a month no one came back

Worst product and customer service

We bought this Frigidaire microwave from Lowe’s and after one month stop working we call company being it’s under warranty and they send technician after one week he checked and told me some kind of fuse inside microwave gone bad they have to order part and they will come back in five days but even after a month we keep calling they said they r waiting for part I asked them to replace it or refund me it gone bad only one month after how can we trust this product and specially third class service...
