Used it and it’s horrible

Turns to cement

I have used regular Fresh Step for about 15 years, I had someone give me a bag of the clean paws after their cat passed away. I really liked it as it didn't track the litter as much as the regular BUT when they pee on the side, it turns to cement and is so hard to get out with my scooper. It has broken a scooper and the only thing I can compare it to is cement. The regular clumping litter tracks more, but it sure is easier to get off the sides of the litter box.

Fresh Step best secret ever kept

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I tried many different kinds. This is the BEST Best one on the market.. Plus my kitties like it. A tip - Put rubber mat under part way sticking out. Less tracking for sure. I am a multi cat mom😽😻

Undented dust free

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have been using for about a year. Very easy and dust free is good for my cat's asthma.

Not very good

It tracks just as much as regular cat litter. Controls odor well.

Cement

I will never buy this again. I scoop twice a day and I use a heavy duty metal scoop. It didn’t matter. The litter constantly turns to cement at the bottom of the box and makes a mess!

The Best Litter

After trying countless types of litter, Fresh Steps Clean Paws is the only way to go. Not only does it make the room constantly smell good - it also is the only litter I’ve been able to find that doesn’t make my boys track litter beyond their mat, and when scooping, it stays as one clump and doesn’t break apart. For the extra cost this litter is 110% worth it.

Clean Paws!

I love this kitty litter (only wish I could find it more places). The Clean Paws makes all the difference. I was tired of 'sand and dust' EVERYWHERE! Constantly sweeping and shaking out floor mats (trying to contain the mess). This litter is like pebbles so they stay in the box and don't get tracked throughout the house. Contains the odor better than the 'sandy' stuff (other brand), isn't loaded with synthetic perfumes and my allergies are improving without all the dust.

Clumping

This is so far the worst litter i have ever used. I tryed this one first time and it clumps like a concrete so that it sticks to the floor of the litter box and i have to dig down with all my strength in the effort to remove it. I dont know what actually happened, may be they accidentally messed up the recipie but it is really bad. So i would not buy this one any more..

Worst litter ever!

My one cat tracks this litter all over the house, trails of litter all over. It doesn’t clump well so there are many small pieces throughout the litter pan.

Excellent odor control

This is the second Clean Paws we've tried since getting out Litter Robot. This definitely locks in odor more so than the Unscented Clean Paws. Very low dust. Very low tracking. The only thing I noticed was the scent of the litter transferred to my cat. When I picked her up I could tell she had been in the litter.

Only thing my cats will use

Our cats won’t use anything else! We’ve tried other and they don’t like it. Scoops very nice and is low dust.

perfect for diabetic cat

i recently found out one of my two babies has diabetes. i was using another big brand litter and it would just turn to terrible clay, yuck. i read online this brand is perfect for diabetic cats so i gave it a try. let me tell you, i don’t see myself ever buying anything else but this brand! life saver for sure

Works great

So I buy this cause I have 1 cat and my cousin has 2 and it works great at clumping no dust and 1 box last for a month and we empty the litter every other day. The smell you would expect from 3 cats is not there even after the guaranteed 7 days of freshness. I definitely would recommend to anyone who’s has cats to use this brand

Great litter!

I LOVE fresh step litter!!

This is the best litter I’ve gotten... it doesn’t stick to the bottom like other brand I’ve gotten and it actually smells good. I actually don’t even mind cleaning the litter box now, which is great for my kitties because they always love going right after it’s clean

Great litter!

I’ve stuck with this litter since I found it due to how much less I feel like it tracks. Combined with using a litter mat under my cats’ box, there’s a big difference! Only took off one star because sometimes it gets dusty when scooping or refilling.
