Would use again

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This litter was great. It clumped wonderfully. It trapped smells and odors. It didn’t have a lot of dust mixup when pouring. My cats seemed to love it the same as their other litter. It didn’t have a little traction and got on the floor but not a lot. It seems to go along ways for the price you pay. It’s small but makes for more in the box/ container. I would buy this.

Great litter!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is great litter! It clumps wonderfully and it cuts down a lot on the odor. There also isn’t too much dust, there’s always a little with clay litter but nothing unmanageable. We have a litter robot and it works great in it!

Scented

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Definitely an effective litter, does a great job clumping and was very easy to scoop. The downside is that it's scented and I don't generally like to use scented litter as my mantra is "it's scented for the human not the pet". I won't get it again for that reason but I'd be interested in trying unscented versions from this brand.

Gets rid of the smell but very dusty

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I didn’t get a chance to take a picture with my moms cats because she filled her litter storage bucket with the litter and threw the box out :/ But we did use the litter. Pros are, it really did help with the smell. However, it’s extremely dusty and kind of hard to manage.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] My kitty is loving this litter. Fresh Step Extreme Clump works exactly like it sounds. Clumps very well and easy to clean. My cats love it and have to check it out every time I add new litter to their box. Even with two cats, there is no smell. It does track some but that is to be expected and not a big deal. Yes, I will be purchasing more and I would recommend this product.

Reliable and makes litter box maintenance easy!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Fresh Step Extreme Clump litter has been great to use. It clumps quickly and tightly, which makes scooping really easy and keeps the box cleaner. The odor control is impressive and helps keep the room smelling fresh even with daily use. It doesn’t create a lot of dust, which I appreciate when pouring it into the litter box.

Perfection!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Our family has invested in the litter robot and not every clumping litter works that well with this fancy machine. I have to say that this litter was perfection and we didn’t really notice any odor. A lot of litters do have an overpowering fragrance or don’t do much to control stinky poop smells. I highly recommend this!

Clumps Well

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Fresh step, extreme clump, cat litter clumps very well and makes it easier for cleanup. It scoops really well. The downside is that the odor control of this particular kitty litter does not control odor too well.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] LOVE LOVE LOVE Fresh Step Cat Litter!! It clumps great, keeps the smell down, and best of all it doesn’t get tracked all over the floor like a lot of litters do. My cat had no problem switching to it either. Definitely one I’ll keep using! I Love the cost also and that you can't smell stinky cat pee or stinky cat poop we will definitely be keeping this litter as a regular in our house.

Decent. Lots of dust

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This litter was nice in a pinch. It does really well with clumping as well as absorption. It does track out of the litter box a little easier than some others. And there is a lot of dust when you are pouring it into the litter box. My cat Loki seems to like it though so if you need a new litter, that is a great price I would recommend.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I had tried Fresh Step in the past and found the fragrance to be too strong. I am glad I got the opportunity to try again! The fragrance is much better now! It's light but strong enough to keep the litter smell from overtaking the house. To re-freshen the litter just the act of scooping/stirring does the trick. Clumps are firm and easy to remove. I feel better about my cats using this litter since the fragrance isn't overwhelming. Great product...

Nice Light febreeze smell

I love that the box has the pouring hole that was easy to pop in and pull out. My cat transitioned to this litter just fine unlike a previous litter. Litter is a little dusty but worth the odor control!

Low tracking, good odor control!

This did bother me, but wasn’t a deal breaker. It performed really well in my Litter Robot. The cats took right to it, and it covered odor after they used it much better than what we had been using.
