Would Not RecommendToilet bolt too long for cap. Added some washers, installed bottom piece and tightened nut per instructions. Cap would not screw onto bottom piece. Removed everything and was able to screw pieces together. Reinstalled everything and top piece STILL would not screw onto bottom piece.
