missing steel bolts
Was missing the steel bolts, washers, and nuts.
Leaks!
Would Not RecommendThe gasket between the flapper seat and the tank leaks and causes the water in the tank to drip into the bowl area which makes the filler valve open to refill the tank every 5 minutes. Terrible gasket design that wastes water! Picture below is the gasket I’m referring to. Tried reinstalling it, tightening more, no help.
