What Customers Are Saying
Customers overwhelmingly praise these garden snips for exceptional sharpness, delivering clean cuts through delicate flower stems, herbs, and thin roots without crushing. The compact, micro-tip design excels at precise work in tight spaces around succulents and houseplants. The ergonomic, spring-loaded grip reduces hand fatigue and appeals to users with arthritis, while the non-stick coating prevents debris buildup. A protective cover and locking mechanism add convenience. Some report durability issues with the locking mechanism or spring after extended use, though most still rate performance highly. Overall, reviewers strongly recommend these for detail-oriented gardening tasks.

Would RecommendThey are better than every competitors nippers I have tried but still not perfect. I have to keep mine cleaned with bleach and they do great but the springs rust. I need replacement springs. I have 10 pairs of nippers I can't use now. Sorry we call them nippers not pruning shears. With better springs they would be a 5 star.

Locking clip broken . . . but still very useful.
Would RecommendSame issue as the other users where the locking clip failed. I tried to super glue it but the way it fits into the slot causes the glued repair area to open up and falls apart again. Of course, super glue is probably not the right product to repair the lock so I gave up since they have a lifetime warranty - well, at least I gave it the old college try. Other than that, my wife absolutely loves them. one of them doesn't lock any longer but we use the tip protector "glove" to keep them closed in ...

Great for greenhouse.
Would RecommendBought it to trim plants in greenhouse..perfect!!
Quality, with a footnote.
Would RecommendSharp, pointed shears helpful with trimming small plants. Slide to lock shears came off at first use.

Extremely useful for tight trimming
Would RecommendI bought these for super fine trimming that I do and I've had them for almost a year now and they haven't let me down yet. I do a ton of trimming and the blades haven't even tried getting dull yet. But, like I said, I do more fine type trimmings with occasional up to probably 1/8 inch trimmings. These are designed I think for this smaller precision type work which they excel at.

Lucky I bought 2 Pairs-Blade Snapped
Would RecommendI really liked these snips at first as the blades cut nicely for the first week. Then during week 2, while cutting a tiny leaf branch one of the blades snapped. I bought 2 pairs, and the other works fine (as of week 3) which is why I didn't give less stars.

Blade lock fell off right away
I thought this tool would be great. I began snipping off spent roses and daylillies. After about a half hour, I noticed thatt the locking slide was gone. I could't find it. Because these have really fine points, they need to be carried with the blades closed when not in use. I don't know how or exactly when this happenned. Other than that, they're quite nice....very sharp and easy to get into the plant exactly where I want to cut.

Cheaply made snips.
Would Not Recommend😩 Pruning Snips The first pair lasted several months until i dropped them and then the plastic orange slide broke. Now months later I pulled out my backup pair same exact ones, since I was teaching a class on floral arranging. To my surprise after having just talked about how nice these snips cut and using it for about 10 minutes the orange plastic slide on the second pair broke. Would not recommend again! Seems like so many snips are made with a super poor cheap locking closure design! Fis...
