Worth every penny if backyard has a lot of trees.

Also great for loosening soil to seed&if you run into a root it goes right through it.

Very poor quality, the handle just snapped off

Purchased this tool about a year ago. Was good, but handle broke off while doing light duty work planting flowers. Very disappointing!!!

Sturdy multi-use garden tool

This tool is sturdy and works wonders in our clay soil. It reaches a bit deeper than standard potting shovels and is a super weeding tool. My first experience was demonstrated by a friend. I bought my own and have used it several times in the few days since purchase.

I bought it four or five year ago. I used it sparingly. It felt that the tool was not solid: the blade bent under pressure. Today when I tried to use it to dig out some weed, the tool broke into two pieces at the handle. I looked at the weld at the handle, it was so poorly done. I looked at other tools with the same design, it always made from one piece. This tool was welded at two places and this made it failed.

Very sturdy tough made quality metal the straight side blade comes unsharpened but I managed to get it to a razor sharp finish also has a solid thick rubber grip handle I turned a slightly blunt gardening tool into a fully lethal weapon

Used it for one season and the handle broke off. It worked well until it didn't.

Best tool of my garden tools big or little

I use this every time I'm out in the garden. Its a digger, divider, and more. great for planting bulbs, going around a shrub to add fertilizer, dividing perennials, digging out rocks and much more. I have had this Fiskers for many years. I give them to gardeners that have never used a Hori Hori. It's okay. It does what it says it does. I wish it had a measuring line for depths, and if the dipped part of the V-shaped end was sharp enough to cut the nursery pot when repotting/transplanting. I still had to use my regular scissors and it wouldve been so much easier if this thing let me do that.
