Fiskars not the easiest to deal with....
Would Not RecommendFollow-up on my "Handle Slides Off" review of the PowerGear 2 hedge shears. After multiple emails back and forth from Fiskars customer service on a warranty claim and after sending several pictures that they asked for, I am now instructed to pack up the shears and send it back to them, insured, at my expense to see if they will cover a "lifetime" warranty claim. Shipping and insurance will cost about 50% of the original purchase price.

Handle Slides Off
Would Not RecommendBought 3 months ago from Lowes, left handle keeps sliding off. and getting worse. Definitely a defect. Returning to Fiskars under their lifetime warranty, we'll see how that goes.
