Would Not RecommendCalled customer service as I could not get the kitchen model out of its case. I videos with them. They told me to try pliers?? Replacement was going to cost me $7. When you need a fire extinguisher you need it fast. No time to fumble for pliers!!!! I eventually broke it off and the hanger is in the garbage. Will not purchase First Alert products again.
