Would RecommendI was replacing a 20 year old detector and BRK customer support said this was the new model number to fit properly, advising I would only need to replace with included bracket; the old wiring plug would fit right in to the new model...they were incorrect. I had to disconnect the wires coming from the ceiling and reconnect the new wires/plug (also included). Minor setback but BRK should provide accurate information.

Would RecommendTen year replacement, finished in fifteen minutes, quick and easy, I did however end up with five unused trim rings and pigtails.
