I wanted to like/love this unit…..BUT, our first prolonged use, unit Continually went into overload every 2 hours or less; after first night a friend brought us his Honda 2200 watt. We ran that Honda 2200 for three days and had no issues. Intriguing that the Honda 2200 had no issues, but Firman 3400 watt did. Firman did replace unit at 26 hours. Replacement unit came in damaged, Firman told me to go pound said and deal with damaged unit. Dam...

Easy to use
Would RecommendWe bought this generator as a home backup unit for hurricane/storm season. Put to use almost right away when Hurricane Beryl hit Houston. Kept on eco mode the whole time and ran propane. With my full sized fridge, multiple fans, and 65in. TV running it was sipping fuel. 15lb propane tank lasted for 15 hours. We occasionally ran the microwave or air fryer and it would rev up while those items were on and then quiet down after.

Would Not RecommendThey said at the store that it wouldn't make lot of noise and it does and since the day I got it 6-11 I have filled the propane tank 3 times and to top it off they say I can't get a refund which that is wrong iam a customer and am not happy with the generator iam very upset with Lowes can't believe they doing this to me.

Would RecommendFollowed instructions by plugging in battery and filling with included oil, also plugged in battery charger to make sure it was charged, filled with gas and started on first try! This generator is really quiet and has powered my teardrop camper easily. I would highly recommend!
