Not sure battery is good. Can only pull start it.

This is a complete power package.

Firman 4125 watt Dual Fuel

The manufacturer has made this product mostly idiot proof. They provided easy picture instructions in paper form in English and Spanish and directly on the generator. They provide oil, a cover, and cords with the generator. I first thought it was a steep price until when I received it and was able to use it for my camper. This product is worth the price, and is well built. You can tell Firman has pride in their products.

Wouldn't start when I really needed it

Bought this unit at Lowe's a few years ago. I liked that it was dual fuel. I always keep plenty of propane on hand for grills and griddles. When I got it home, I tested it with both gas and propane. Ran fine. Power is temporary off for the day so I pulled it out, hooked up the tank. Won't start.

Easy to set-up and fairly easy to use.

Had a power outage due to high winds and ordered this from Lowes online, as it was the last of its kind in stock. Got it up and running about 10 minutes after pickup, and got my 2 fridges and upright freezer up and running on it asap, as it had been 8 hrs without power. Next up got the Mesh network up and running and then the 85" in the living room. Although the generator is under a 3-year warranty, the process to get support has been complicated, slow, and requires technical procedures that are not reasonable for an end user.
