if only stylish design cooled my room...but no

LOVE YOURSELF. Do not buy this fan! Heartache & frustration will be your reward if you buy. Oh sure, the fan looks great hanging from my ceiling. It worked for about 3 weeks and then it didnt. I have replaced the remote batteries, confirmed the teceiver is seated properly in its carriage and as a last resort, i unwired and then rewired all of it. It still does not work.

Pylon Experience - Stylish, Functional but...

The fan is a true eye candy and works as advertised. A word of caution: Installation is not for the faint of heart. The unit is not designed for easy assembly (sometimes requiring lots of finger gymnastics and bodily contortions while on a ladder to get parts to mate-up). Adding to the challenge of assembly is time required for the installation of the fan's separate RF receiver unit into the ceiling support cage that holds the fan to the ceiling. Wiring module is rediculous

Nice ceiling fan..very modern looking,,, moves a lot of air......just pay close attention to how you route the wires from the fan, control module, and ceiling box. If you don't route them correctly you cannot properly install the control module in the slot of the hanger bracket. Directions are poor. Not Lowes fault.

This fan is sleek and modern looking. Fits the look of our new home perfectly. Easy to assemble too.

Just stopped working. 4 months. Looks great if you don't mind if it doesn't work.

Great upgrade

Got this fan to replace an older version that was already in my cathedral ceiling living room. Crispin clean lines quiet motor and the remote control works well.

LED Lights no longer work

We were told the lights should have a 20 year life span. We purchased this no more than 6 months ago and the LED lights are no longer working. It's a modern looking fan. But, since the lights are not typical it is hard to replace.

Lousy LED light

Was excited to purchase this fan as it had great speed circulation, however the LED light is horrible. It does not provide adequate lighting and of course we cannot change it because it is an intergrated LED light. I would NOT recommend this fan!!!

Stay away! Faulty light fixture

Had 2 of these installed in our new house, we used one more than the other and after just a couple months the light went out, had my builder replace with a chandelier for my daughter. Shortly after more use of the other, the light went out on the other fan. Unfortunately this was well after a year of having the fan because we hardly used this room. We’ve now just lived with it for several months rather than spend money to replace the fan. Very poor quality light fixture on these fans.

Absolutely Horrible quality and manufacturing

We have 3 models of animation fans that our builder installed in our house. All three models , including this one, have had nothing but issues. Its been a complete nightmare. The biggest issue has been the light going out every month! Terrible quality and they don't stand behind their products. The one fan we bought ourselves for the patio is a different brand and has been the only one that works. Stay away from animation

Stay away at all costs

I never ever write reviews. This fan is bad enough to warrant one. I've had these for 4-5 months now and they continuously stop working. I am able to get them to start again by turning off the breaker and turning it back on. I assume this resets the controllers on the units. After they work for a day or two they stop again. It's been a cycle of this for months. I am finally now just leaving them open so I can reboot them at the unit instead of turning off the breaker. Do not under any circ...

DO NOT BUY

Bought 3 lights, all 3 LED failed, 2 of the replacements LED failed, and now all 3 transmitter/recievers have failed. Been problems since I have them and fanimation only keeps send replacement parts... havnt had all 3 working since bought close to 24 months ago. Fanimation has yet to stand behind product and replace the lights entirely.
