Went to switch the direction of the fan blades for warmer weather and the button is gone. The reverse button fell into the housing motor. Fan is stuck in the winter position in Georgia.

Lowe's delivery sucks
I have had 6 different messages that change my delivery date over and over. I needed a fan, this was by far the fastest option to order. Now we are almost 2 weeks later than original delivery date. Pathetic service for Lowe's. Don't order from them.

Won't work without remote
Looks great, very quiet at lower speeds, lamp coloring is adjustable. But the fan must be used with the remote. A wall switch with adjuster for either speed or light fails to work.

Some of the Fans Didn't Work
Would Not RecommendI ordered five fans for my house and two out of the five didn't work. It was unfortunate as I had contractors installing them for me so I had to pay them to come back and install new ones once I ordered them. For the ones that did work the speed was great since I paired it to my switch and not the remote. They look very nice on my white ceiling and blend in perfectly.

Don't buy the installation option!
At time of purchase, I also paid for the installation option - big mistake! Unbeknownst to me, Lowe's uses a 3rd party for installation (Angi's). Short story - they scheduled me for an installation 3 different times and cancelled every one of them exactly 2 hours before the scheduled installation. On their own, Angi's finally ended up cancelling the order after the 3rd time. Angi's scheduling notices to me was very misleading because they never had a contractor lined up in the first place!
