Time will tell

Haven't experienced dealing with support yet but delivery time was much longer than estimated not too happy having to live almost a month without a range

Great Value

We have only had our range for a short time (2 weeks), but so far so good. Similar ranges would cost hundreds if not thousands of $$$ more. I have had to adapt my cooking style to the powerful burners, but that's true w/ anything you are not used to cooking on.

Jewel of the kitchen shut down

Delivery was uneventful. Stove is as beautiful as anticipated. I used it happily for a couple of weeks, but then it completely shut down. I discovered the shut down occurred when turned temp to broil. I am contacting Forno for help in rectifying the problem.

Unsure at this time

I’m hesitant to leave a review yet, as we are still dealing with a couple of issues and have only used the unit once. I only put this because it said it was required.

Great Price for a Good Dual Fuel Range

Overall I like the range. We haven't baked in the oven yet since we only installed it yesterday and we're required to leave this review to register the range. We're having difficulty with the magic eyes cycling on and off all night long. On for 4 seconds and then off for 10 seconds. I'll be calling customer service after Christmas to ask if they can tell us how to turn off the magic eyes or repair them. Otherwise, so far so good.

Can’t speak with anyone

One side of handle threads came stripped Orifice supplied for one burner to switch to gas is too big. Called to discuss Have to send an email. Love to leave a good review. But haven’t even been able to use yet

We just received our range. It looks even better in our kitchen than we thought it would. It’s very well built. Can’t wait to start cooking! It’s just in time for the holidays.

I was just trying to register the product and apparently I can't do that without leaving a review. So what I will say so far is that the oven takes a very long time to heat up and if you try and register it here you are. Serial number will not show up in the drop down list and you're not allowed to put it in manually

Forno Stove

Love my Forno stove, however the fan has started making loud noises. It stops once I shut the oven off and let it cool down. Hoping warranty will cover this issue.

Problem right out of the box

Haven't talked to service yet. I can't even register the product until I leave a review. How messed up is that.

Oven

I love the oven but a few things I don’t like. I have only been using it for 3 months maybe a dozen times and it appears the ceramic is peeling. Just noticed it today. Going to call and see if it’s covered under warranty.

Great stove

I love cooking on my new stove, haven't cooked on a gas stove in over 30 years. It's easy to lean and maintain.

Update

Got the oven hooked up to new gas and electric finally got to use it. This range is next level! Have had to relearn how to cook.only used oven twice so far but it worked well. Has a few issues to start but Forno made good on the big one. It wobbles a bit and they really didn’t help with that issue. Even with that I would recommend this range, we really love it.
