For all that lights aren't working for: Years ago I kept having this happen to me w expensive solar powered decos too & finally googled reasons why & the first 100 answers were "dead batteries" since all mine were solar powered I didn't even read further thinking I was phrasing my searches wrong. I bought the solar bird after I attended a funeral for the brother of my dear friend. It was such a moving, spiritual event and when I saw the blue solar bird in the garden center, I knew that it would be the Bluebird of happiness and hopefully bring joyful memories of her brother.
