Too small for my needs

The description says it is 12" wide, but it's really more like 10", which was really too small. 12" width was pushing it, but nearly 20% smaller and it was a deal breaker. It otherwise looked like it would do a fantastic job. I never took it out of the package and returned it.

Made washing the outside of my house windows a lot easier. It cleaned them well and did not leave streaks or residue. The fact that it extends made reaching higher parts of the window safer by not having to climb up high on a ladder. It was a little harder to clean in some of the corners of the windows with the blade portion of the wand.

Easy window cleaning with no ladder!

I have some large windows and was using a step ladder to clean whatever I could reach. I can clean so much easier with this product & from the ground. Buy the cleaning solution to use with this. I watched a quick YouTube video about window washing with a squeegee and I was in business!
