Very dependable for dry or wet storage...
Would RecommendA very good dependable bucket. Holds it's airtight seal (with the right lid) nicely and strong enough to carry the weight of 5 gallons of water efficently. I use it to store plasters and gypsum cements tokeep them dry in garages, basements or storage units. Works very well.

Works. Wash before use.
Works. However I needed to use a mallet and stand on it to get it to connect to a 5 gallon easy remove threaded lid. I am not sure if the issue is with the bucket not being standard or with the lid.
