These small night lights work as described shedding enough light to walk through the hall without turning on overhead lights, yet do not disturb sleep patterns. They have not been in use long enough to address longevity. Suit the purpose for economical price

Would Not RecommendI purchase this night light because it turns on and off automatically. When I plugged it in it wasn't that bright, I'm using it now and it works fine BUT I wouldn't recommend it. You can't see much when it's on. Get another light that works automatically, BUT is MUSH BRIGHTER. DENNIS in West Philly PA191.

Great little nightlights to throw around the house
Would RecommendI'm a firm believer of not turning on lights unless you need to! These are perfect to throw around the house so lights don't have go get flipped on when going to the bathroom at night, or taking a dish back to the kitchen. These light up bright enough to make a difference, but not too bright. My son uses in his room also--bright enough for comfort but not too much to prevent him from falling asleep. And if you want it brighter, or dimmer, you always have the option to buy a replacement bulb...
