It is impossible to have the light installed snug to the bottom of the cabinet. The light cover does not open so your able to tighten up the light fixture. I called the 800 number and they were no help.

Would RecommendInstallation was a snap, selected which setting was the brights for the location and bingo done. Fit perfectly where it needed to be. I like this light bar because it had 3 different light settings. Would recommend to anyone with a small space in a suspended ceiling to use it.

Surprisingly bright
Would RecommendI have a very dark basement workbench and just one of these really made a difference. I like the fact I can choose multiple brightness AND temperature levels. If you need an inexpensive task light, this one does very well.
