Absolutely love it

Ive had my Empava cooktop for a while now and have to say am so satisfied. It heats up super fast, its easy to clean and maintain, and still looks pretty much like new. I am impressed. Would definitely buy again

Much weaker than advertised

I used a Victron shunt on a stand alone 20amp circuit to check the power usage of the unit. The right element on "high" topped out at ~950W and the larger element on the left topped out at ~910W. Both of these numbers are lower than the advertised specs (1300 and 1800 respectively) and indicate the smaller element actually has the higher output. Substandard Wiring

We purchased this cooktop from another supplier and found it came with 10 gauge wiring instead of 8 gauge, which is what our electrician says is recommended for 40amps. The 10 gauge is too small, below code for the US, and could potentially cause a house fire. We returned it.

Nice Empava induction cooktop

I like it was easy to install and looks nice, very efficient power wise.

Almost too hot

This stove is great. Easy to use and the buttons are very responsive. Installation was a little difficult because the cord is short by almost 3 inches, so be aware of where the electrical connection is. The stove itself is amazing how quickly it gets hot. It can be a learning curve to adjust your cooking time, especially anything fried in oil. We've tried out all the settings, including Flex bridge. The Flex bridge is great for big pots of boiling water.

I am sorry I did not purchase this cooktop years ago. Induction cooking uses less electricity than the alternative. I am in a rental home with a stove that does not work properly. That was the primary reason I purchased the Empava induction cooktop...which is efficient and has super fast responses to every temperature change I make. Horrible Cooktop

Out of the box we have error codes, the largest burner not working and the entire time I used it the unit beeped because water came out of the pan. The company won't do anything about the cooktop and so far Lowe's can't find anyone to repair it or replace it. SO FRUSTRATING!

Great cooktop for a small space.

Pros & Cons

I waited until I had used our two-burner induction cooktop for a few months before writing this review. Here's my take. PROS: - SIZE It fits nicely in an 18-inch base cabinet. Terrible beyond noisy

This is awful. Absolutely awful. No thing can make this sound and be okay for your physical health. It took 3 purchases to get one that worked, and that sound tells me it doesn't work.

Smart Induction Cooker

This induction cooker is the best one I have used. I put it on the left side of the gas stove. The control of the two stoves is interoperable. Keep 1800w, it will not trip due to excessive current, the noise is small, and the lack of tail is timing control. Start I like to start every minute and set it to start every hour.
