Frustrating Experience

I am not one who typically writes a negative review but I feel that after issue upon issue my husband and I have run into, a negative review was the least that I could do. This review isn't directly about the quality of the Electrolux Stackable Washer and Dryer as we haven't even been able to use them yet, but more so directed towards poor customer service. We purchased these products months ago in preparation for our house build which I'm sure many others have done when they are in the process ...

A dryer that dries!

So far, I have been satisfied with the machine, though I have not played with the settings-this is what stops me from giving it 5 stars, those features may bump it up!

Electrolux Gas Dryer with LuxCare

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I absolutely love my new dryer. So many setting choices for just the right load. It dries and fluffs without getting any clothing tangled or balled up. I am so very pleased with this gas dryer.

Dries fast and easy to install

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Works very well and clothes are fresh after drying. The dryer was easy to install and all parts were provided. Except the logistics company RXO failed to install it and never reached out to schedule the installation. I ended up installing it my following the instructions in the manual.

works like it should

This dryer is a godsend!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We bought a new LG dryer when we moved 3 years ago, and I’ve spent those last three years having to add extra drying time onto my clothes in the dryer because they never dried after the original cycle. Three years was more than enough, and we bought this Electrolux dryer after having one in our old house. WHAT A DIFFERENCE! Clothes come out perfectly dry on the normal cycle, and towels are perfectly dry on the towels cycle. I’m beyond ecstatic...

Great Dryer

Front Load Gas Dryer Review

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have owned several different brands over the years and I have to say this washer and dryer set are the best by far! They seem like they are built sturdy and rugged while whirlpool and magtag seem like a cheap tin can with cheap plastic parts. Had my washer and dryer set for two months and extremely pleased with them. I do not think I will ever go back to another brand in the future unless these somehow break down in the next several years.

Overall we are liking our new washer and dryer.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The washer seems to be performing very well with the smart boost feature. I’m noticing that our clothes is getting cleaner. I’m still trying to get used to the dryer. It is very noisy, making a thumping and ticking sound. It appears that you have to use the wrinkle realease feature every time with every cycle, otherwise the clothes is wrinkled.

HUGE uograde

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The improvements made make the unit more user friendly but more importantly every detail is better…from the door to the cycles to the higher spin cycle that has massively shortened dry time .. I am LOVING it

Great Dryer

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] After having a different brand for many years, we decided to go with this Electrolux. This dryer has so many drying options and it's so easy to use. I especially love the steam feature for items that are a bit wrinkled - no need to get out the iron! Very happy that we made the switch to this Electrolux!
