Kit that was purchased with the washer and dryer was missing parts. Attempted to buy another kit from same store and opened before purchase and it was missing parts as well. Now I can't find a kit at any local source. Even the Electrolux site shows it as temporarily unavailable. Almost 2 weeks to get another one through Lowes. So..... brand new washer and dryer and can't install it for 2 weeks...... Not exactly a great start.

I opened the package after getting home and it had already been opened and was damaged along with missing parts.
