Great vacuum but not quite as easy to empty

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The vacuum works great and has lots of suction. I really like the light and not constantly having to hold a button to keep the power on. I do not like that the crevice tool is only 4.5 inches long, most other vacuums it is 12 to 13 inches long. I also do not like how emptying the dust ben is. Amazing Quality

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We've been through numerous brands and types of vacuums and they always fail to last longer than a few months. We aren't hard on equipment or use them for unintended purposes. Right off the bat when unboxing, setting up, and using our new Electrolux vacuum my wife and I could immediately tell it is built to last, nothing on it feels cheap, not even the attachments. Looking forward to many years of use!

Good but frustrating

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I find it frustrating to purchase a vacuum to then find out I need another attachment to even vacuum my rugs. The vacuum is great otherwise but even the minimum setting I can’t get it to roll on my ruggable rugs because the suction is so strong which is great for pet hair but not for vacuuming rugs. I then go try and purchase the needed attachment that will hopefully work and it’s out of stock.

Electolux has been around along time so I gave them a try & have to say I’m VERY pleased! The suction is great, stays charged to do my whole house, lightweight & easy to use & navigate around furniture!. Love the headlight to see all the debris I need to pick up. So happy I made the switch, bye bye Dyson!

Better than a Dyson

Reading the positive reviews on website I purchased Ultimate 8 with accessory for pets. The vacuum works amazingly and the part for hard floors doesn’t scratch and works great! It has variable speeds and even low has very good suction power. Coming with 2 batteries is a big plus and pleasantly surprised to see that when on stand and plugged in, it will charge the battery on the vac first then charge the 2nd battery. Excellent vacuum, poor batt charge base indicator

Inserting the included spare battery into the charging base on the stand does not result in any indications at all if the vacuum cleaner is on the stand. The reason for this according to the manual is that the base will not charge until the vacuum is fully charged.
