EcoLogic 10-lb Lawn & Yard Insect Killer

I have previously used Eco Smart Granules and they work great. I didn't see where these worked at all, but I will finish using the remainder that's in the bag. My problem is primarily ants getting in the house and an occasional roach. The Eco Smart Granules always worked. After I applied this product I have more ants in the house. I won't purchase this product again.

Smells like strong wintergreen moth balls

I have bought yard treatments for thirty years and have never had this issue. I purchased it based on the dog friendly picture and also was recommended by a Lowes employee. I wore a chemical respirator and did not smell it while applying. The smell is very strong, terrible and it even is in the house now. The specifications states "Odorless"?

Doesn’t work

We used this according to directions and still have ants. Plus, the packaging says safe around pets and children, but the warning on the bag says if you come into contact on skin or clothing: take off contaminated clothing. Rinse skin immediately with plenty of water for 15-20 minutes. Call a poison control center or doctor for treatment advice! Doesn’t sound safe!

Pleasant smell, organic safe for kids and pets.

Used in conjunction with chemical pesticide I spayed on foundation of house, doors, and windows, made sure it was dry before anyone was outside. Used this for the backyard because I didn’t want chemicals all over the grass.Put 2 bags down around the back yard where the dog and kids play with no worries of them being outside while I’m spreading it. Time will tell if it works. Minty smell lasts a couple days.

Very effective and child/pet SAFE!

I’ve been using this product for years around the perimeter of my home to keep insects (including scorpions) out, and in my yard to prevent/kill insects (including ticks). It has been very effective and provides peace of mind since it’s ingredients are non-toxic. I highly recommend!

tick control

I bought two bags last year and spread 1/2 bag each time - about 3 weeks apart. Result: no ticks, very few black flies and no mosquitoes. We were surprised with the results. In early August we had a backyard barbecue with about 50 people and July 4 a cookout with 30+ people. No bugs and we live in the woods of Maine. Buying 2 bags this summer.

Worked great for us

Got rid of all these dang yard roaches and we have had way less ant beds to deal with. Not perfect but we will be using again for sure.

Mitt smell

At first I wasn't sure this was going to work But after application I start seeing less and less bugs We have new puppy but product did not effect him

better than cement

Found this, this summer, no luck finding Eco Smart-which I love if is made correctly. we found last summer that some bags of Eco smart were containing stone not cedar which makes a huge difference.. now you cannot find eco smart anywhere local... eco logic is likely same company with different ingredients they just ran out of cedar so changed the name!! not bad product smells good. just hope they don't change the ingredients.

Lawn & Foundation Treatment: No Success

With mixed reviews on multiple sites and different quality from "EcoSmart," I decided to give this a try since no other store sells EcoSmart granules anymore. At first seems to be decent quality. Following directions accordingly to put in both yard and around foundation of house (roughly 2000 sq foot yard total), I even put a little more down to do a heavy dosage because of a good infestation in my lawn. Using a Scotts Edgeguard spreader, it did not spread well, but managed to lay down "poorly....

Put 2 bags of this down and it didn't kill

didn't kill not one fire ant nor any other insect I could find. they were still there.

My kids and pet would come in everyday with ticks on them and the day I put this product down I have not seen a tick since. So far it has been down a month and there a very few insects around. If you like the smell of mint instead of pesticides this is the product for you.

Got a bag of this Sunday and it's WORKS. Bugs were gone in about an hour.
