Good product for newbies
I'm not a gadget person. When I got the DELTA 2, I found it easy to follow the instructions to charge it and discharge it, running various appliances. Laptops were fully powered in a couple of hours. I plan to use it at home during power outages, so, not very often, but I will make sure to follow the maintenance instructions. I love that the unit recharges so quickly. Great battery/solar charger
Works as described! Well designed compact unit with all the necessary ins and outs. I would have given it 5 stars except the solar panel to battery connector wasn’t included, though every other kind of connector was! Since I bought it with the portable solar panel, it would have been nice to have that Included, or at least to have been notified that I’d need to purchase that connector.

Purchased about a month ago after extensive research. Delta 2 and Smart Extra Battery arrived but would not communicate with each other. Email to customer service and they immediately sent a new cable. Cable arrived in 5 working days. Hooked up perfectly, charged rapidly..1.5 hours to charge from 30% to 100%. Ran cPap for three nights before needing a recharge. Tested three times with same results. Cpap has a heated reservoir and heated tubing. Based on past experience, disabling these function...

A major issue when going on overlanding/ camping trip without a Sprinter van or full on trailer is shower; ladies need their hairdryers! With the Delta 2, you can bring a hairdryer for your significant other, so y'all can can enjoy the trip together! If you go overlanding or camping to get away from your S.O, then you can also bring along a microwave for popcorns, if that's your thing too! You don’t need to go outside during outage
I liked my delta 2. I used multiple times on my full size fridge during outage. The best part is you don’t need to go outside during storm run your gas generator. I made a lot of researches first I was planning to with gas generators later I saw battery powered ones and I made good and long researches to find best company I went with ecoflow

I bought my Delta 2 bundled with the 160w solar panel and a 220w bifacial solar panel at the end of Nov. 2022. Ihave gone through 7 generators in 4 years living in SE Oklahoma. My delta 2 can fun my unefficient old apartment sized refrigerator freezer combo for about 8 hours. It can run my 5000 btu ac window unit for 2 hours. We tested it out on a friends older toaster oven using 1800w and it did great. This time of year is easy because it isn't hot and we use wood and propane to heat and cook....
