Would RecommendMy old lighted switches died after about 5 years. I wanted to go with something more modern and I could not be happier. The unit is solid and the brand stands by its product. It is a soft red glow as stated and looks perfect above our sink for the Light and Disposal. I plan to replace the other switches in the kitchen with more of these.

Would RecommendSwitch has nice features. Top of switch glows an amber color when switch is off helping to locate it when dark. It offers two ways to secure wiring to switch. Additionally, if a plain white wall cover plate is desired, the included one feels like quality and is not flimsy plastic.

One Heck of a Switch!
Would RecommendInstalled this on my wall to help turn the ceiling light on/off. This switch does exactly what it's suppose to do. Has a small nightlight built into the switch itself that is a dull orange glow. Would have preferred a nice blue or maybe even a green, but hey who am I?
Very dim backlight, whimpy switch action
Would Not RecommendEasy to install, but the "illuminated" feature is disappointing. The nightlight / backlight feature is so dim it is almost useless. It must be an old neon bulb, not an LED. It might work in a cave (total darkness), but in a real environment with any ambient light at all, the nightlight is invisible. Also disappointing is the switch action. It doesn't provide a nice, quality click when turned on/off. It's mushy, soft, and feels very cheap. I removed it and will return it. Replaced it with the Co...
Illuminated Light Switch
Would RecommendThe concept of an illuminated light switch is a great idea! However, the light that is illuminated from the switch when the light is off is very dull. Kind of defeats the purpose of a helpful illuminated light switch. I placed it in the bathroom because I have a young child who is potty-trained so that is the reason for this purchase. Maybe it's this brand, but it's not all it's made out to be.
