Umm... Instructions say what now?
Would RecommendThe instructions confuse more than help. I may sound like an idiot, but after two attempts to install this switch, my ceiling fan has to be on to be able to turn on my wall sconces ( they should be independanly operable). I left the bridge on, as the instructions call for (I think...) but will try a third time and independanly wire each switch. Fingers crossed...

Would RecommendI switched all of my bathroom switches for this one. I hate when one switch turns on the light AND the fan. This allowed me to control both independently. I didn't want to cut out any drywall and install a new box for two different switches. This was an easy fix. Easy to install and works really well.
