Helpful light in the dark.

Needed a switch in a very dark area and this lighted switch was just what I needed.

Works perfectly

It was easy to install and comes with instructions just in case they are needed

Can not change when the light in the switch is on

The light on the switch is on when the switch is off. I need a light on the switch when the switch is in the On position

Light switch in the dark

Our small bathroom has a light switch located in the middle of the wall which you can't see until you're already inside the room. In the middle of the night, finding that switch can be a challenge. Since we moved in (over 30 years ago) we've used an illuminated switch to address this problem. This is the third one we've installed in all that time. I have no idea how many years it will last, but it's the best looking one of the three.

Disappointing Quality

Bought 3, one bad - did not illuminate when off. Bought another Next day to replace - also bad, same problem. 50% failure rate. My past experience with Leviton products led me to expect far better out-of-the-box performance. Very disappointed and frustrated over time (& $) I've spent changing a set of light switches.

Very easy to install. Solved finding the switch in dark hallway.

Cheaply made - arcs internally when switching on

I have two of these in a double box. About 1/2 the time when switching on, you can hear the internal arcing. They also flip very easily. It feels like a $0.59 switch that they added a light.

Single pole switch but very good play recommended

While the switch was extremely well made easy to install. still no instructions on the packaging to show the different ways of installing the switch to the wires this was unfortunate.
