What Customers Are Saying
This landscaping edging product received mixed reviews. Many found it easy to install and use, with the simple setup and sturdy construction praised. However, some customers reported difficulties, such as the edging being challenging to keep straight, the included stakes being insufficient, and the material being too flimsy to easily install. The product seems to work best in soft, rock-free soil that has been properly prepared, but those with harder or uneven ground often struggled to keep the edging in place. Overall, this solution may be suitable for some customers but requires careful preparation, and additional tools or materials may be needed for a successful installation.

I tried other poundable edging, but this one was easier to use and did not break.

Decent low cost border option
Tall enough to perform the function of retaining mulch. A little flimsy to pound into ground that has not been loosened up previously.

Not for rocky, clay soil. They say so as well
Would Not RecommendWish I had read the reviews first before I purchased. I would’ve seen that this is not ideal for the type of soil they specifically state could be problematic in the description. Spent an hour in the heat trying to get this installed only to take it out and put it back in the box. We in fact have rocky, clay soil and it does not work with that type of soil. I could not get it to drive into the ground with my mallet and one of the stakes snapped. I followed the instructions by scoring a trench fi...

Depends on your ground
Would Not RecommendMaybe my ground was too hard but even after I dug a small trench I couldn’t get the edging to pound in and stay. It was too flexible and wouldn’t stay in place so Inreturned it for something else.

This edging is less expensive than steel or some of the other plastics, but there are issues with it. I unrolled it and used bricks to hold it flat. In 24 hours the coil had flattened out, but there is a permanent top to bottom bend that makes it near impossible to get an even installation. After pounding it in, it is still pretty flimsy and tends to fall over. To get good stability you would need to pound it down to the point where there is almost nothing left above ground. The stakes help,...

Don’t buy it
Would Not RecommendThere is no real substitute for the crisp clean look dig in edging offers. Bought this for a tricky space up front and in using it, it’s impossible to get straight even with it dug out a bit, the teeth bend when you are trying to pound it in. Also the stakes provided, the heads break while you are trying to get them in. End result looks terrible so I will probably have to get another product and throw this away. I bought 2 for the space so just $50 wasted.
