Would Not RecommendOnly used 2 times and both times had to rethread cutting line because it failed to advanced. Used Ego line. Does very little cutting at low speed.

Love hate relationship
Would Not RecommendOverall love it/ However in one year the battery needed to be replaced and the head which was not covered by warranty had to be replaced I was only able to wind new line once Let's hope this one lasts longer. Honestly thinking of just going with generic models and replace every year. Thinking I would come out ahead

Questionable Purchase
I should have bought the model with the telescoping shaft because this one is too short for me. I am still trying to get used to the clockwise rotation. As I read in other reviews, Ego should have included the thicker line with the product. I can't wait to respool it with a decent line.

Only work a few times
Used 4 times and now the Power loading still works, which is really cool and why I bought it, but the line all pops off as soon as it’s started. The spring inside the head fell off and it still does it after I bought a new spring. Can’t use it!

Would RecommendGreat to work with. Long lasting battery, and honestly the strings don't seem to break off as often as they did on other trimmers. I trimmed my whole yard without the need to refill the string. No stopping! Looking forward to the string loading feature!
