This tool is on the heavier side, but it has power and it is great to get in areas that are difficult with a snowblower, for example, I clear my back porch with it, behind my fence gate door and I use it to make a better path to the backyard. It powers through light and heavy snow. If you have other EGO tools, this is a great addition.

Would RecommendThe snow shovel works really well - only thing we don't like is how far it throws the snow. It hits our neighbors yard more than ours. It is easy to use. We would definitely recommend this product.

Hate snow, but this works

Good Workout, Good Enough Blower
Good, not great. I might be a little harsh because I have a long driveway and I really should have gotten a commercial one, but this was a gift. If it’s powder, this works great, but if it’s packed (i.e. tire tracks) it’s hard to get down to the surface. You have to put your back into it! Definitely use the shoulder strap and constantly adjust to get the right angle without overstraining your shoulders/arms. I’m not old, but also not young, and this is a work out!
