Loving my Ego products
Would RecommendAssembly of the Ego Power Head was easy. I needed it because I wanted a cultivator, and Ego only has a cultivator attachment. I already own an Ego mower, trimmer and blower, so I didn't have to purchase a battery. It was a little pricey to buy the power head and attachment, but they will save me time, labor and money hopefully for many years to come. I researched many cultivators online, but I chose Ego because I am pleased with the performance of my other Ego products.

Power Head stopped working the 2nd Time I used it
Would Not RecommendWas gifted a EGO Powerhead with Pole Saw & battery+Charger for our new home. Was gifted it brand new in box in June 2023. Used it 1x to prune a tree in October 2023.....broke it out to use in May 2024 and the powerhead doesnt spin and emits a single beep like the engine is locked up. I registered the tool and accessories and submitted the receipt for warranty coverage and contacted customer service. I found out that EGO will not honor the 5yr warranty (though the unit was manufactured in 12/202...

Cultivator
Bought the power head to use with the cultivator. Have only used each once but love them. The cultivator is going to save me a lot of back breaking weeding in my vegetable garden.

Died with less than 20 hours' use.
Would Not RecommendNot a bad tool, handy with the tiller and the pole saw, if a little unwieldy, but the thing died after barely any use; hardly had a chance to get it dirty. EGO *should* have me covered under warranty (currently at their indicated service center now), but then I *shouldn't* have to be dealing with a warranty so soon.
