My dad loves the strap. It help him hold the weed wacker so he can do his thing! My dad loves his trimmer. He's 88 yr. Old and still likes to tend to his lawn.

EGO strap for Trimmer with 5 Amp battery

Only used it once. Still getting used to it. Has a tendency to slip off shoulder, so I put in on my other shoulder. Definitely consider getting if your battery is 5 AMP or higher. The extra weight of the larger batteries will cause arm and back pain if used for an extended period of time without the strap.

The EGO strap clamp is very sturdy.

The best thing about the strap is the clamp that hooks or goes around the shaft.

EGO Trimmer Strap

 Would Not Recommend

I received this strap with my purchase of the EGO Model ST1620T carbon fiber shaft trimmer. Used it 5 times (residential) and the stitching at the buckle came apart, contacted EGO but they said poor craftmanship on there part is not covered on accessory straps. Purchased at Lowes on 04/30/2022
