Edger is rugged and does a great job. The unit is a little heavy with the weight of the battery, but the harness helps. I do have one suggested design change. I’m 6’1” tall and when I stand erect the cut is too deep with wheel in the bottom of the slot (blade in the highest position). It might work it I were shorter. Needs a deeper slot or larger diameter wheel. Also the edger and the power head did not connect easily, so I had to take it back to my place of purchase and they assembled it f...

Would RecommendThis unit was a bit heave but does come with a shoulder strap for additional support. This worked better then the gas unit I have.

First time to use an edger
Grass had overgrown my driveway and sidewalk to the point where each was narrower by almost a foot. In the past I've used a string trimmer to cut it back but this was far too much. I worried it would even challenge the edger. I like my Ego mower so much I thought I'd try their edger too. The battery I had for my mower worked which was a plus.
