I've used my blower for probably less than 10 hours total run time. The battery will eventually die on you over time giving you about 15 minutes of run time per charge. Wish I would have purchased a gas blower instead.

Great one battery backpack blower
Would RecommendLove the backpack blower - super easy to carry and use - powerful and efficient. I own the mower so have some large batteries to use; couldn't see carrying them which is why I chose the backpack model. Bought the device only; not sure of the battery time with the smaller batteries. They have discontinued this model (one battery only) - not sure if you can just use one battery with the new, two battery models.

Would RecommendExcellent Residential Type Blower. Performs as expected per the EGO website. Since my lot size is about 1/2 acre I need to recharge battery to finish. Recharge time with std. charger is a little more than 1 hour for a 7.5Ah Battery. Maybe 2 batteries would be ideal if your finances allow.

Would RecommendGreat blower for our purposes. The updated handle with stay on dial is a great hand cramp saver. Batteries last a long time if not run on high all the time. Comfortable on my back and not too heavy, i am a 55 year old female in good physical shape. Recommend this over the handheld blower for large areas.

Leaves made easy
Would RecommendThis unit is great. Very pwerful, relatively light weight. The harness is well designed and easy to put on and fits well on the hips. The battery life of the 7.5 Ahr battery was not nearly 3 hr, only about 90 min.

Disappointed performance
Would Not Recommend7.5ah battery does not last as long as advertised. In order to move at a normal pace, you need to turn the air speed button all the way, therefore, causing the battery to deplete faster.
