Wireless pairing doesn't work

spent over an hour trying to pair it with my phone and it just wouldn't connect garbage system.

So if you have a bunch of EGO products and all the batteries that come with them this is kind of a neat idea. I got this one on clearance for 900 bucks. But when I got home the batteries were missing so I went back and they didn't have the 7.5 batteries but they offered to give me 3 of the 6.0 batteries they had sitting around from their floor models. Very convenient to charge multiple batteries at once and have them ready, Also used during a power outage and it was nice having regular lights during the outage.

this thing has been a dream. We have power outages a lot and I have generators to run most of my stuff that are gas powered but this one is nice to strap some batteries on and run everything I need inside especially my TV and Wi-Fi, since I have starlink, it's awesome I would love to do a review sometime about how long it lasts on certain items

Nexus Power Station is Ego's Biggest Failure

Don't purchase this generator UNLESS you already own Ego batteries. There are much better battery generators available elsewhere. The WiFi and Bluetooth no longer connect, nor does Ego intend to fix this. The unit takes forever to recharge batteries. Overall a sad failure which was a surprise considering all other tools work as advertised and last a long time.

Check box for correct batteries

I purchased this model which says online and all over on the box that it includes 2 - 7.5Ah batteries. When I got it home, I found that it contained 2-6.0 Ah batteries. The box was previously unopened so I knew it was not returned and was packaged by the manufacturer incorrectly. I took it in to the store from where I bought it to exchange it. They had 3 others in stock and each box had a different combination of batteries included. Box #2 had 1-7.5 Ah and 1-5.0Ah batteries, Bax #3 had only...

Absolutely does NOT hold charge

This generator is worse than portable charger. It gives 12 minutes of charge to a mini fridge. Maybe 20 minutes for a toaster oven and 15 minutes to a small space heater. All separately by the way. You can only use 1 item for 15 minutes basically. If you are trying to operate this for a food truck. Do NOT get this. Terrible mistake. Couldn’t only use this for one pot of coffee before it died on me after 8 hours of charging to 100%.
